Terms of Use

Thank you for visiting NakoBase ID.

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") set forth the conditions of use for NakoBase ID (hereinafter
referred to as "the Service"), which is operated by NakoBase (hereinafter referred to as "the Administrator"). Users
(hereinafter referred to as "Users") agree to these Terms when using the Service.

Article 1 (Application)

  1. These Terms apply to all relationships concerning the use of the Service.
  2. The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms, and the amended Terms will become effective when announced
    on the Service.

Article 2 (Prohibited Actions)

Users shall not engage in the following actions while using the Service:

  1. Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
  2. Actions that infringe on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or privacy of the Administrator or third
    parties
  3. Attempts to gain unauthorized access
  4. Actions that interfere with the operation of the Site
  5. Actions that cause disadvantages or damages to other Users
  6. Actions deemed inappropriate by the Administrator

Article 3 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Administrator does not guarantee the accuracy or safety of any information posted on the Service.
  2. The Administrator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.
  3. The content of the Service may be changed, suspended, or terminated without prior notice.

Article 4 (Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. The copyrights of text, images, designs, and other works posted on the Service belong to the Administrator or a third
    party with legitimate rights.
  2. Users are prohibited from reproducing, reposting, or reusing content without permission.

Article 5 (Links)

  1. Linking to the Service is generally allowed. However, links from the following types of sites are strictly prohibited:
    • Sites containing illegal content
    • Sites containing content that violates public order and morals
    • Sites that may damage the credibility of the Administrator
  2. The Administrator assumes no responsibility for third-party sites linked to or from the Service.

Article 6 (Handling of Personal Information)

The Administrator appropriately handles Users' personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. In the event of a dispute related to the Service, the court with jurisdiction over the Administrator's location shall be
    the exclusive agreed jurisdictional court.
